KTH HIGH GLOSS 5953 is easy to applied on both metal and wood surfaces. The paint with its high gloss finishing provides durability and a tough paint film for your interior metal and wood surfaces. KTH High Gloss 5953 is a single component solvent based alkyd enamel. It is has fast drying time, yet still gives very high gloss finishing to painted surfaces. It is suitable for interior and exterior use. For better long lasting exterior use and gloss retention, this product should be over coated with 901 1K Alkyd Finish.

✶✧Uses

As intermediate coat or top-coat in a multi-coat coating system. Most suitable for use on steel, GI and others surfaces. Main for indoor structure and general industrial steel painting.

✶✧Surface Preparation

Previous painted surface and bare substrate must be completely dry and free from rust, mill-scale, dirt, grease and other contaminants before painting. For maximum adhesion and durability of paint performance, all bare surfaces should be prepared by meant of sand paper, hand tools, power tools and etc.

✶✧Application Method

👉Method of Application : Brush, roller, and spray application.

👉Product Preparation : Stir mixture thoroughly before use. No thinning is required rolling and brushing. However, 10 – 30 % of thinner may be added for spraying application.

👉Pot Life (at 30oC) : No pot life limit

✶✧Safety Precaution

1. This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition.

2. Keep container tightly closed and keep out of reach of children.

3. Wear suitable personal protective clothing during painting.

4. Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not breathe or inhale spray mist.

5. Do not apply when the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

6. Avoid skin and eye contact. Spillage on skin should be removed immediately with cleanser, soap and water. Eye should be well flushed with water and seek medical advice immediately if discomfort persists.
